Madelyn joined Ad Astra in January 2023, adding value and expertise in the Budgeting and Planning practice. She is a Certified Public Accountant with over 18 years of experience in general accounting, budgeting, planning and forecasting, reporting and analytics, and financial compliance in both public and private sectors. Prior to Ad Astra, she worked for three years at the Financial Oversight and Management Board for Puerto Rico as a Finance Manager, where she successfully led the certification of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico budget for two consecutive years.
